Today one of my clients showed me the coolest thing! OK, let me preface that: the coolest thing for finance people who need a quick currency conversion. Go to the google search field and type:
65,000 euros in canadian dollars
What was the first response? The actual converted amount. Very FREAKIN’ cool! They have a built-in currency converter in the search field. Just one of the many additional search features that Google has added.
To be honest, I’ve also been playing with unit conversion (just can’t take the imperial out of the American) and the time function (to quickly see what time it is before I place that transatlantic call).
Right then. Back to work.
